Refund policy
If your Fab Frock doesn’t fit, we will exchange it for a different size (if available) within 5 days of receipt to you. If your size is not available, we will issue store credit upon return of the item. No cash refunds. Store credit will be issued for amount of item only, no credit will be given for shipping costs. No cash refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
To start an exchange/return, contact us at fabfrocks@yahoo.com. If your exchange/return is accepted, we will send instructions how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must provide a return tracking number to us at fabfrocks@yahoo.com within 5 days of item being delivered to you. Shipping costs for the exchanged items are your responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items
It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Claims of damaged or defective items must be sent to us at fabfrocks@yahoo.com within 5 days of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items, Personalized items, Sale, Clearance, Promotion, Special Buy, and ADD7 items are final sale.
